NEWAG S.A.
Track Installation
Nowy Sącz
Installation of tracks in the floors of production halls at NEWAG S.A. in Nowy Sącz. Depending on the intended use of each hall, the track was installed using the following technologies:
- Installation of tracks on wooden or prestressed concrete ties on crushed stone with certification from the Institute of Railway Engineering. The entire track was concreted up to the level of the hall floor.
- Installation of tracks on prestressed concrete ties directly on a reinforced concrete slab with structural grouting. The entire track was concreted up to the level of the hall floor.
- Installation of tracks without ties, directly on the reinforced concrete slab with the use of PM49 spacers welded to pre-prepared flat bars or angle irons. The entire track was either concreted or left uncemented.
- Installation of tracks on steel posts with PM49 spacers.
