In accordance with Article 13(1-2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119, p. 1) – hereinafter GDPR – we inform you that:

Data Controller
The Data Controller (hereinafter “Controller”) is Acero System sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Nowy Sącz at ul. Węgierska 188, 33-300 Nowy Sącz,

Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
We process personal data for the purpose of:

• Taking actions prior to the conclusion of a contract, as well as for the conclusion and execution of the contract;
• Informational and marketing purposes, solely based on the provided consent;
• Employment of staff;
• Fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on the Controller.

Data Retention Period
We retain personal data:

• For the duration of the contract and after its termination to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on the Controller;
• For a period in accordance with the applicable laws;
• In the case of legally justified purposes of the Controller, including direct sales and marketing, until the consent provided by the data subject is withdrawn.

Providing the data is voluntary, but it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract and for exercising the other rights of the Controller mentioned above.

We do not profile individuals in any way (manual, semi-automatic, or automated) and do not make decisions based on profiling.
